GIL BAKHTIAR

ORIGIN AND CAREER

Architect graduated from the École Spéciale d'Architecture and interior designer graduated from the Camondo school, both in Paris France, my inspiration comes from my Eurasian culture, French and Persian.
My atypical career has led me to carry out projects on a wide variety of scales, from the everyday object to urban planning that combines buildings and landscape. Listening is the basis of the project, it is essential to create a precise specification that describes the aim of the project owner, sponsor and sometimes user of the future creation.
The site reveals its history where construction and nature interact.
The combination of this whole, without systematism, gives the full meaning of the subject to which the project promoter and other users can therefore identify themselves.

FROM THE ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT TO THE FINAL DETAIL

A man imbued with blends, Gil Bakhtiar invites and creates the contrasts which he likes to (re)conciliate. Classic and modern, simple and sophisticated, baroque or understated, he likes to reinvent (himself). Creating useful and beautiful objects, rethinking volumes, catching the light, conceiving a custom-designed atmosphere regardless of the spirit of the place (private, commercial, dedicated to events), such is the approach to and meaning of a project.
